My name is Pamela. I am an optometrist, and also a Mother of 2 boys and a beautiful girl. I want to share with you briefly my experiences after my first pregnancy and how I learnt how to LOOSE 10KG IN 30DAYS.

But after that comes the reality of getting yourself back in shape and looking like your normal self, and also desirable to your husband. Lets face it, no one sees pregnancy as an excuse for looking unfit and out of shape.
You are expected to immediately get yourself back in shape and look your best. As easy as that sounds, it is very frustrating and has sometimes led mothers into depression.
Just as I was beginning to get a little grip of my new weight and trying to adjust, I discovered during one of my routine checkups in the hospital that I had a very high blood pressure and needed to loose weight fast if I wanted to live long.
That information felt like a heavy hammer blow to my brain, it shook me to the core. Now, I had no choice but to look for a way to loose weight and do it fast.
Being overweight or obese can have a serious impact on health. Carrying extra fat leads to serious health consequences such as cardiovascular disease (mainly heart disease and stroke), type 2 diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders like osteoarthritis, and some cancers (endometrial, breast and colon). These conditions cause premature death and substantial disability.
I had to to face the reality of life and death and embrace the fact that I had no choice but to fight for my life and live long.
It was no longer a case of having that nice body you admire when you look in the mirror or that will make my husband jump on me, it was just simply trying to stay alive.
I began with morning joggings and intermittent fasting, as I had read that this will give me quick results.
There is a funny fact about exercising and intermittent fasting, not all of us can bear pains for long, some of us are just built that way, we don't like stress at all.
Unfortunately for me. I fall well into this category. It is almost impossible to combine the rigors of being a mother and jugging and intermittent fasting at once.
As a mother in her early years, your body is always tired by default due to extra care you have to give to your infant, also not forgetting the lack of sleep. I can personally tell you that it was hell and I had to give up.
